Hotel Suites La Siesta

Este es un lugar un poco escondido, Jim, y los dueños son muy amables y todo el personal es muy agradable. Es muy seguro y hermoso. Algunas reseñas no están contentas con que haya escalones que debas subir después de haber estado en la ciudad, así que si tienes algún problema o problemas de cadera, es posible que debas tomar un taxi para volver a subir, pero si tienes buena salud, las escaleras son simplemente un buen ejercicio. Me encanta este lugar, es vintage y lindo y no necesitas un auto, puedes caminar a todas partes y es muy tranquilo. Realmente me gusta el estilo vintage y siempre viajo sola y me siento muy segura y alejada de la fiesta en la colina que continúa hasta bien entrada la mañana, así que si buscas paz, pero también la comodidad y la diversión del centro, es la combinación perfecta de ambos.

After a minor problem with the water, they were cordial and offered us a complimentary meal.

The pictures do not accurately portray the hotel. 1) there is no balcony, it was a planter box of flowers, no where to sit. 2) No A/C, didn't realize that was something to have to look for, so this is just a PSA on the A/C. 3) Shower was horrible - low water pressure and the water was only cold, couldn't even take the cold edge off so you didn't shiver through a morning shower. There was a full kitchenette and the view was nice. When I say 3 stars for the area around the property, it's just because it is not the best area of town, but we didn't expect a 5 star location as we do like to explore older areas. The property is about 4 blocks from the Boardwalk and the restaurant at the top had a great view. We ended up moving hotels after spending 2 nights at the Hotel Suite La Siesta.

Have to be able to walk up and down hills. First time we’ve been w/o hot water. Great view if bay. Staff very friendly.

The staff are very kind and are very attentive and I feel very safe. There has a solo, single female traveler. I will continue staying at this location because I don’t like the big fancy commercial resorts right on the water when it’s just a couple minutes walk

Quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms that are well maintained. Walkable to the malecon and many restaurants.

Large clean rooms and walking distance to the malecon. Friendly staff.

The property had a magnificent view of Puerto Vallarta but the only downfall is that it has no A/C. Most of Puerto is standard with very little A/C.

Walking out road are up and down hard on leg, internet connection in the room loose and no connection, have to go to lobby to connect to internet. Sometimes run out of hot water means cold shower, noise can be heard from bars loud music every night until 3am
