Cama limpa e ar condicionado.

Não tem banheiro no quarto, é banheiro compartilhado. O quarto é muito barulhento, da pra ouvir todo mundo do prédio a noite toda. Fica no 2 andar sem elevador, difícil acesso para malas e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
