Charming episode

Location was great room was ok, not as bad as some reviews say staff were friendly just not very easy to get a hold of

bathroom was filthy. Two toilets but one was unusable as sliding door was broken doors were dodgy and key didn’t always work locked out of property one night

This place was so bad that we stayed ten minutes and then left. Filthy, smelly tiny room. Offering this level of accommodation undermines Booking.coms credibility.

The staff was good and very responsive.

The organization of the washroom was very poor, bad location, a bad smell of cleaning liquids, no segregation between the bath area and toilet area.

She was very nice.

There was a shared bathroom not a private bathroom as stated, only 1 room had AC which was not stated in the listing, neighbors smoked Marijuana and I'm allergic so we had to find other accommodations.

A good cheaper option for solo travellers , only if you are ok with a shared bath room which was not very clean, But I Think cheapest stay close to main Lisbon

Cleanliness

They didn't open the door so we were not able to get in and use the booking we made. I do not recommend you book this hostel, as you may not be able to get in and enjoy your stay.
