Barceló Imagine

My stay at Barceló Imagine was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel excels in absolutely every category, starting with a kind of strategic location: it is steps away from public transportation, ensuring quick and easy access to any part of the city. The rooms are excellent: very spacious, extremely clean, and impeccably maintained. The breakfast also deserves a special mention: it is outstanding and well above average, even outperforming other hotels within the Barceló chain. However, the true highlight of this hotel is the customer service, which is fantastic. I arrived exhausted around 8:00 AM after a very long flight from China. When I asked about the possibility of an early check-in, the front desk team showed admirable proactivity. Instead of creating hurdles or bureaucracy, they handled it swiftly and offered me immediate room access for a minimal fee, which made my arrival incredibly smooth. In short, it is an excellent hotel with a deeply empathetic team that is attentive to the guests' needs. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Madrid!

A bit pricey considering the location.

Excellent hotel, really clean and comfortable, the facilities were top class. Pool and bar area was beautiful. The bathroom in our room was modern and spacious. The best was so comfortable and big. Location, while not in centre of Madrid is easily accessible by train/metro, there are nice restaurants to walk to in the area as well. Will definitely be back to this hotel.

Great location, excellent attention. Clean. Friendly. SOme review indicated that the place is too noisy. It is indeed very close to Chamartin Station, which may create fears in this regard, but I found it absolutely quite and silent. Also, very good breakfast

Nice stay despite room not resembling photos on website Terrace had full on view of the fire escape…. Not really acceptable for the price paid
