Holiday Inn Express London - Dartford by IHG

Lovely staff, quick and efficient - really good value overall. Tea and coffee in the rooms always appreciated. Comfy beds, clean rooms.

Some funky smells in the hallways. Breakfast was... okay.

Easy to find, ample parking. On arrival the staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We were treated like returning friends. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Would definitely use again if I was travelling through. 10/10 to the reception staff.

The only thing that we didnt enjoy was the coffee but that's personal preference. There's nothing we didnt like about our stay

Staff were very helpful and informative. The room was very well designed, clean and comfortable. Loved the lighting system and the air con was fabulous too. There's a heater in the room incase it's too cold aswell. The breakfast was a lovely hot and cold buffet.

The toilet paper squares were the tiniest I've ever seen. Shower was a little bit slippery, could have done with a mat and no loo brush. But for the price and other outstanding features, I'm just nit picking.
