On arrival i waited 20mins to speak to a receptionist!!! I pressed the buzzer 4 times!!! In the end I foned the hotel and within 10 seconds 3 people ran from behind a closed door!!!!!!!!!! The shower also had a problem with the cold water tap so the shower was very hot !!! Rm306 lastly no Air-conditioning nor even a fan. Sorry but the last time I will use Ibis !!!

Outdated rooms, smelly carpets in hallways, no soundproofing, coffee machine at breakfast was broken so you had to pay £3.00 for it separately.

Good location and parking for the motorbikes.

The room was dirty, holes in the sheets. Hairdryer was broken. Asked for a hairdryer at 5pm, got it st 10pm and the wiring was dangerous. We struggled to get the light to work, and then it wouldn't switch off.
