Tap over sink was very stiff.

Basic room but comfortable Food lovely Earlier times for breakfast would have been better Hot chocolate would have been a nice option at breakfast

We visited this hotel for the first time on Saturday to celebrate my wifes 75th birthday ....we booked the meal for 17:00 , The idea was to have a couple of hours in Windsor , but , the weather was not good so we went to the hotel a bit earlier , no problem they said and we enjoyed a good half an hour or more in the lounge before entering the restaurant...The meal was great , the service was as good , the ambience was superb... many thanks to our waiter and all the staff for making it a day to remember ...

Room was very nice, but it was an upgraded room - so probably the standard room would have been small. Breakfast OK, though don't come late as it will have dried up! Fantastic location, close to everything

Quite pricey for the standard of hotel.

The hotel has a great location. I was attending the Royal Windsor Horse Show and it was an easy walking distance from the hotel to the show grounds. The exterior of the hotel is very nice.

I was expecting some better amenities in the room at the category I booked. Some basic things were missing such as a minibar in the room, vanity/toiletey amenities - which are usually standard even at 3 star hotels. There were just basic shower soap and shampo, no hair conditioner so I had to buy that at the store. The soap and body lotion was overly masculine scented. The part of the hotel, across the street lacked atmosphere. It felt like a conference hotel. I had hopes for some more traditional features. I will book another hotel next time. One I have stayed at before which unfortunately was sold out.

Perfect location! Across the street from the Windsor-Eton Riverside train station. Easy walking to Windsor castle. And just a walk across the bridge to Erin.
