The first room’s AC wasn’t working. We had to pack up and move into another room. The second room smelled like mildew. We had to keep asking for more towels. We received 2 each day but there were 4 of us.

We were supposed to check in at three and it ended up being 415 before we could ever check in and the TVs and air conditioner didn’t work. The maintenance man came out and fixed both.

"Pool is disappointing"

Stayed 4 nights to visit nearby family. We hoped to enjoy the pool during our stay, but the water in the pool was warm and dirty. It didn’t appear to have good circulation or being filtered properly. The water had a film of dirt and grime floating on top of the water surface . My kids didn’t want to swim after the first day. The room was fairly decent and breakfast area was nice. The parking lot was extremely busy and lacked parking space due to cargo boxes taking up parking spaces. Overall we would stay there again if the need arises, but it could use some help in a few areas.
