"Great beach stay if looking for a hotel"

This is a great place to stay when visiting Orange Beach if you don’t want to spend the money on a condo. I stayed at this Holiday Inn for a weekend and requested a beachfront room, and it did not disappoint. The pools are beautiful, and the view of the Gulf is incredible. There was a noticeable snowbird population, and they seemed to enjoy playing cards together in the dining area, which created a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. A continental breakfast is also provided, and it looked very good.

"Bonnie saved the day!"

When we check-in the host was not nice at all. Whitney did not want to help with any questions and was rude. The next morning the new host Bonnie helped with all my questions and was super nice.

Pool, location, room.

Staff and trash piled up too high rolling a trash can fast down the hall and nearly ran over my two year old. Please review camera near breakfast area on 2/28. Housekeeping snuck in room while my son and I were there replaced toilet paper and a couple towels. Never fully cleaned room. Never announced they were there. Felt like an intrusion of privacy. I felt uncomfortable the remainder of stay that someone came in and snuck out. Housekeeping staff were not friendly and made us feel we were in their way in hall.
