Comfort Inn Decatur Priceville

I checked in late and service was fast and friendly. The hotel itself can use some upgrades. It's showing wear and tear. The showers were concerning. It looked like lots of hard water rust type stains on the walls. Glad I just slept and didn't have to shower. I felt like I would have needed a shower because of the shower and not because house keeping didn't do a good job, but because the property is dated.

Needs Alot of work

The first room smelled like urine. They put us in a another room on the 2nd floor this time. That was okay, the floor needed vacuumed though. We won't be going back.

Warm and good variety at breakfast. Bathroom very clean.

Tv didn’t work. Large wet spot on floor in room.

I researched and reserved a room for accesbility,I am wheelchair bound and need roll in shower. I searched for a couple of hours and found this hotel with pictures and descriptions and reserved room like 2 months ahead for my 5 hour trip to Decatur. Once we get there and my wife goes and checks the room,it is a bathtub with a shower chair, not a bench, nor a roll in shower. The lady at the desk was not helpful or nice at all about this. This was so heartbreaking as it took us littlery 5 hours to find a hotel local that would work for me. This was a false advertisement, and the hotel staff was not friendly at all or helpful. Like, oh well. I am very disappointed in this hotel and feel they need to be held accountable for false advertisement. I have pictures of their descriptions of the room along with pictures of what they said room was and then turned out not being. Thanks for ruining my vacation, and I will never use this chain of hotels again. Please everyone do your research on hotel. Heart breaking to treat disabled community this way or elderly.

This hotel needs some serious renovations....

Luckily, the bed was fine. Through smell, musty water damage on the ceiling. Back of the bathroom door was torn up.
