Quality Inn near University of Mobile

My room was very messy. I want a full reimbursement. I didn’t even stay the night. I slept elsewhere.

I found hair in the shower. Showerhead was very dirty and could be easily cleaned, but has not. There was trash underneath the bathroom counter. The tile was sticky.

Nothing, breakfast was terrible hardly anything to eat and most days nothing but cereal in three weeks only had maid service twice so I had to buy cleaning stuff and do it myself only stayed because I had a house fire and nowhere else to go

Savannah was helpful and kind. Breakfast was OK, but not what I expected. The room had been very damp / humid before, see pics.

The beds weren’t queen size. But overall it was a good experience

Good location and price was fair.

Our room had a weird smell which got in our clothes and luggage. The room also had a lot of moisture and dampness. Everything felt damp to the touch. There were many places on ceiling that looked like mold or mildew. The lamp on the desk was rusty all around rim and places in the shade. We should have asked for another room, but didn’t realize how bad it was at first.
