Stuttgart doesn't have a wide selection of hotels. The room was clean and comfortable, but it wasnt the room I booked. I booked a non-smoking Queen and got a NS double with no explanation of the change. The lady who checked me in was very nice. I did not appreciate the cleaning crew banging on my door two hours prior to check out when I had the DND sign on the door.

"DO NOT STAY HERE"

The door was open (not pulled shut all the way) when I arrived. The toilet was stopped up and 1 inch from overflowing when I arrived. The refrigerator and microwave both did not work. When I informed the desk 10 minutes after my arrival, I was told that management would be notified. I never heard from them. The next morning upon check out, the manager told me there was nothing he could do. I paid full price. I will never return here or use expedia again. Horrible experience all around.

"Decent hotel for the price."

If you stay here I would suggest bringing your own Pillow. The supplied ones needs to be replaced, no support what so ever. very flat!! One of our towels had some nasty looking stains on it. but other than that the beds were clean and comfortable. Id stay here again, for the price, you get what you pay for!!
