Contemporary, Luxury Apartment with Valletta and Harbour Views

Great location, right in front of the Sliema ferry. Great views. Very spacious, well equipped accommodation.

Lo único que se salva son las vistas desde la terraza, no así desde los laterales. Amplio y espacioso.

Estaba muy sucio, los suelos y los cristales muy muy sucios, el grifo de la cocina medio suelto y algún armario no cerraba bien. El mobiliario de la terraza era cochambroso , roto y sin almohadones para sentarse. Las macetas con las plantas secas y muertas, muy descuidado, otra nada acorde con el "lujo ' que pretenden vender. No hay ningun producto de limpieza, ni siquiera una bayeta de cocina. Si bien el apartamento es muy espacioso, las habitaciones son grandes y los baños están bien, la habitación de la sauna esta muy desastrada y también sucia. Una de las habitaciones es interior, y subía olor de desagüe por la ventana. Tuvimos un corte de suministro eléctrico el.primer dia, que duró varias horas hasta las 12.30 de la noche no se nos solucionó, y al dia siguiente volvió a ocurrir. En fin , deja bastante que desear. Para nada es un lujo, por el precio pagado.

Excellent location, clean and modern

The property had an amazing balcony with great views but outside seating that was advertised with property was unable to be used due to seat cushions not being available also coffee machine could not be used due to plug missing. Couldn’t use one of bedroom patios as on 2nd morning door screen had fallen, kitchen water tap kept breaking needed fixing. In arrival at 2pm as per booking cleaners were still in property as said check in was 3pm this was not correct

Extremely good location - just beside the ferry terminal and in the middle of shops and restaurants along the promenade. Large rooms, awesome view, excellent facilities.

Unfortunately there was no water for the first 3 days - except for the kitchen sink. We contacted the property management team and it was fixed, eventually (no refund offered). This is unlikely to be a problem for most renters as we were told that the pump had "tripped" during a storm.

Pictures don't do it justice. When we walked in the door we were blown away by the view but also the size of the apartment. We had 2 toddlers and they loved the space and views too. Location was fantastic for a family. Some people commented saying the balcony furniture is worn but honestly it wasn't that bad. It is a fantastic apartment

I didn't like the way they tell you when your about to check in about paying for electricity if you go over the daily allowance instead of mentioning it at the booking process. That being said your allocated 40kw a day and with 2 toddlers and 3 adults we used less than half that a day. In fact I struggle to see how anyone would use more. Also letting people know before booking that the sauna in pictures is not for customer use would be good

Lovely place, with an amazing view and location. Pierre, who was our host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend the appartment for families.

The layout and the location were excellent. Easy access to ferry terminal to get around and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

It was starting to look a little tired. Rugs were old, there were no cushions for the balcony furniture and one of the chairs was broken. We also couldn’t get the sauna to work.

The size and location were just fantastic.

The property was rather tired especially the outdoor area where the furniture certainly could be replaced.
