Red Roof Inn West Memphis, AR

This was the most terrible room I ever had since I have stayed there! I had complication with room getting checked in the bed was totally uncomfortable ! That mattress needed new replaced! We totally felt like we were on springs! This was the worst stay ever!🫣

The room was comfortable, clean, and a good price. We did not partake in the 'breakfast' as we departed early. We used "Booking.com" to reserve the room and had no issues at check-in. We also had a pet traveling with us, and had no issues with his stay either. Very accommodating.

Room lighting was harsh in our opinion. We are used to warm colors and would have preferred a more "home type" lighting, instead of the bright white "office" type lighting. The check-in was easy, however, the counter person was not very personable. We weren't there to talk to him anyway, so no problems.

Nothing and shame on you for not checking this place out! I want my money back

I checked in and was given room #131. I went down to the room checked it out and found a broken window lock, the room was not secure! I went back down to the office and told the man I could not stay in the room as it was not secure. He told me the hotel was totally booked, no vacant rooms. I did not believe this as the parking lot was only 1/4 full at 9:30 pm! I asked him if he had any Idea where to stay..he said maybe across the street. I asked for a manager, he said he was the manager, I asked for the owner and he said the owner was out of town. Then he would not speak to me or look at me. I went to the room and tried to call Booking.com for help, but only got an AI response and no phone number! I packed my car up & was going to look for another hotel, when the manager came to me and said there was a cancellation did I want #129, then yelled "do you want the room or not!" I did take that room but the door would not close, the only security was a dead bolt. I laid on the bed covered by my coat and left at 5:30 am. I am a 76 yr old lady traveling from Kentucky with my dog, I should have called the police!

No heater in room it was broke and there were no rooms available

It was clean and convenient. Red roof is a good value.
