USThe room was fine
The stuff wasn’t very friendly, the food in the restaurant was absolutely terrible. The rooms open onto the parking lot so it’s really a motel and it was noisy. Additionally, it was very expensive.

USThis hotel is dated and my room had loose pipes in the bathroom and a broken towel hanger. The Wifi went out and the curtains don't cover the windows entirely. There's no insulation; you can hear everything the people above you and across from you are doing. The thermostat was on 72 when I arrived, I lowered it, the fan kicked on, but the room never got cooler. On the plus side the room was large and there was a mini fridge which was nice. This hotel might be OK for a one night stay, but for a longer stay I would reconsider.

USThe check out person in the morning was very nice.
1) was told at first that they didn't have a reservation under my name. 2) then found my name and told me they only had disabled room available. 3)entered room and had strong air freshner smell. 4)banged my shin on the uneven double platform at the end of the bed. 5) bathroom had no counter whatsoever, nowhere tp put anything. 6) Later in evening went to take shower and the floor of shower has cracks that were previously patched, clearly needing immediate attention, needing to shower with mindfulness as to not step on that area, water clearly running into the cracks in the floor. 7) Went to eat at the restaurant there, and was handed a soupy mess for Chicken Alfredo. Very unappetizing.
