We were able to check in 3 hours early which was so nice. Room was clean and comfy.

The property is clean. We arrived a little late after golf up at the rim club. She checked us in quickly. It was a great room, nice and quiet. AC was nice and cold. Breakfast was great. We use the pool and hot tub the next morning. We definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Morning staff very friendly and accommodating

Room was dingy, blood was on the comforter, paint peeling from the walls, odd old smell, mattress topper does not hide how old the actual mattress is, concaved and uncomfortable. Ac rattled loud enough to wake me up at night with the thickest layer of dust caked to the filter. Could have spent $10 more to get a quality room, probably won't be coming back to this hotel

The area

When we arrived, the bathroom sink didn’t work and we had spiders(which was out of there control). We switched rooms just to get woken up to a crushed spider in my bed with a huge bite on my leg. After clearing off spiderwebs and cleaning my bite, we talked to the front and the staff let me know we did not have to pay for the second night since we wanted to leave. Turns out he lied and we were still charged since he didn’t look at our information to see we booked through a third party company and not directly with the hotel. When calling and asking about it, the staff member was incredibly rude and told me I didn’t check with him after letting him know we were leaving. I will never return to this hotel again.
