The pool an hot tub were very nice. Staff was friendly and they helped us a bunch

Our room smelt at checkin, they did move us though and that was very nice. I wish they had more pillows as the ones they had were VERY flat.

"Room Service is basically any food drive through"

Mainly it was room service. It is incredibly tacky to deliver food in dang styrofoam! Husband ordered braised ribs that arrived in a container WITH PLASTIC SILVERWARE. Come on, do you know how long it took to cut even a quarter of the ribs so he could eat it? There is bbq sauce on the sofa, so you nights to give it a good clean before booking the room again. The room wasn’t cheap, it’s in downtown Scottsdale. I expected better. Sorry Marriott you may have lost a regular guest.

The hotel is old and tired. Toilet runs, air conditioning runs loud. Entire room needs an update. Price expensive

Location was the reason I picked this property. It’s within walking distance to the ball field and Old Town Scottsdale!

Our first night the housekeeping pump above our room went bad. This caused a beyond horrible sound all night long. Sounded like a train, it was awful. Also, the beds are hard as rocks!

"Very average property"

Needs a refresh. Rooms are clean and bed fine but most bland and dull property. AC doesn’t work. Room set to sleep at 65 and it’s just blowing out slightly cool area. Room probably at 70. Ugly location but very convenient to walking to eating and shopping. Sip for coffee is a fsvorite. ChopShop for good salads and bowls. Rose very kind and tried to be helpful.

"Most outdated Courtyard I've ever stayed in."

No smart TVs in rooms. They know it's an issue otherwise they would not have given me 3K points when I inquired about it. They don't even have microwaves in the room. Can't remember the last time I stayed in a Courtyard that didn't have microwaves. Plus side - staff is very nice.
