Breakfast was nice

Horrible bed. Noisy room.

Lovely location, breakfast and facilities. Small adequate gym. Did not get a chance to swim but looked great.

The facility was extremely nice and well kept. All the hotel staff were welcoming and pleasant. The holiday decorations were lovely. The room was comfortable, large and well furnished. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of options in all categories. The food was tasty and well stocked with even the little extras like honey, almond milk, peanut butter, etc. The staff kept the dining area very clean and stocked so items didn't run out. They were always hustling! I especially loved the fresh brewed coffee and hot drink options available 24/7

We had asked for an handicap accessible room and the one we got in Rm 122 was not well equipped in regards to the bathroom. There was a tub with only one handle on the outside of the wall next to the toilet. The shower head in the tub did not have a handheld sprayer on a hose to allow for easy washing. I went back to the front desk to question if it was indeed an accessible room and I was told that it was and that it was all they had left. I then asked for a shower chair but was told they did not have any. It was frustrating because I had noted that in my booking and also called the hotel directly the night before and was told that was what was reserved.
