Stayed nice room they take credit card and when u wake up they allready charged card $100.00 incidentally at night time your tired but later that day they charged another $150.00 left room spotless but I think they do this to everyone sad ther really sad for doing this the bank says don't worry they will put money back imhave to challenge the debits it is still wrong bad company bad bussiness to try to get couple hundred dollars im sure im not.the only one they do this to

Didn't like.waking up and leaving room immaculate and not only being charged $100.00 incidentals but another $150.00 outright theives

No breakfast

The heater/air conditioner was missing a button making it difficult to change the temperature. The sink leaked causing the water to leak onto the floor. The mattress was hard.
