Brittney was an amazing front desk representative and deserves a raise. I arrived early. She checked me in as early as possible without the upcharge. I witnessed her take her time cleaning the front reception/breakfast area. It just seems like she cares. Please do what you need to retain her for your company. I don’t even write reviews that much, but her customer service impressed me and was just what I needed after a 6 hour flight and 2 hour drive. Mahalo Brittney for showing empathy and providing a positive experience in Barstow! I hope you get a raise and find $100 on the the ground this week!

Once again we stayed at Baymont for an overnight on our way home from Monterey. The accessible room was larger than the standard queen room which made it easier to manuever around luggage. The breakfast is small though the selections were good.
