It's OK, nothing exceptional.

Could be cleaner but still not too bad. Breakfast was pretty sad though. Oh yeah, you have to keep a sharp eye for the homeless

Comfy, clean room.

Did not have breakfast. Choices not to my liking. Substandard, but "normal" for a motel chain. The second bed in our room wasn't made when we returned from a day out exploring.

There were homeless people walking through the parking lot. The TV did not work. The room had bad smell. Under the closet structure was weeks worth of dirt a dirt cup and an empty water bottle. Staff was not helpful or friendly.
