Proximity to Legoland

Room was dusty, couldn't trust cleanliness. Floor felt like it hadn't been mopped or vacuumed well in a while. Sheets and bed were fine. Shower glaze is tattered. And noise from freeway is high. Sausages could have been cooked a bit more.

Breakfast was great!

The room had a strange smell. Not unlike urine. The plumbing worked, but needed a little maintenance.

The breakfast buffet was good.

Is next to freeway so you will hear noise but what most bugged me was that my next door people were smoking and drinking out side my door and is non smoke area and all the smoking smell went in my room and had my kids with me. I send a text to room service to change room but they never reply to me. Good think only stayed one day.

Besides the location there's not much to offer. The beds were ok.

Staff was extremely rude and had us stuck up at the front counter for over an hour as they have issues with 3rd party apps when it comes to booking with them. I booked with ZIP and booking.com and everything was paid for but they still asked me for my card and charged me the whole price of the room om top of the deposit and was trying to tell me they only charged the deposit. They double charged me and it took over an hour and 20 minutes just trying to get checked in even though i had all the recepits and emails verifying i did. We find our room to have a broken shower thay won't stay up right and flooded the bathroom as it was designed poorly. We had multiple bugs in our room. Also its a non smoking hotel but they allow people to smoke right outside and in there rooms. It fealt very unsafe there too as there were alot of sketchy looking people hanging out infront of there rooms smoking and drinking. The room next to mine was smoking and all the odor and smoke was coming straight into mine. Between the rude and unhelpful staff, the bugs and the flooded shower, and them double charging me and not telling me is straight up horrible. I would not recommend this hotel unless you want to have them try and double charge and take your money and not tell you and you like sleeping with bugs and taking showers in flooded restrooms. THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!!
