BOOKING.COM BOOKED TWO ROOMS BY ACCIDENT AND CHARGED ME TWICE ! I NEED A REFUND FOR 1 ROOM, BUT AS I WAS AWAY FROM HOME WITH NO PHONE PACKAGE WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT BOOKING.COM TO REQUEST A REFUND. I HAD ONLY RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF ONE ROOM BEING BOOKED BUT NOTE TWO CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD IN THE UK PLEASE ADVISE

Convenient location. Walking distance to a few restaurants and Starbucks

Multiple rooms had problems with their key not working and having to go back to the front desk multiple times. That's a basic need that wasn't met. The bathroom vent didn't work or maybe didn't have one so showers made the room humid. Tub drain is partially clogged
