Hyatt Place Dublin/Pleasanton

Location. Movie theater. Restaurants. Shopping. All within walking distance

Pool was tiny. Breakfast was a bit lackluster

The maintenance man was fabulous and fixed plumbing quickly. Pool is lovely. Would be enhanced with a water fountain

Breakfast was poor. Water which is normally free cost,$2.50 for a small bottle and none in room No Breakfast tea unbelievable Reception staff confused on what should be available Not to the standard I expect from a Hyatt

It is also very strange that I was charged an additional fee for parking. Furthermore, when I checked out, I asked for an invoice for the payment I had made, but I was told that they could not provide one. I have stayed at many hotels across North America, and this is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel refusing to provide an invoice for a payment. In addition, the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely noisy while operating, which negatively affected the overall comfort of my stay.

Clean rooms, convenient location with nearby restaurants and courteous staff. Te check in process was also hassle free.

I stayed for two nights but was charged for three nights. Management would not consider a refund The smoke alarm in my room rang continuously from 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. and management was unable to turn it off. Again, no compensation for that disruption. The police raided the floor I was staying on and knocked on several doors, including mine, at 4:30 a.m. please we're looking for a report of a woman that was screaming. Hotel management never apologized or compensated me for this disruption. What a horrible experience. I contacted the concierge service of Hyatt and they said it was out of their control that local management at the hotel would have to handle it. Nobody has handled it for me yet.

Hyatt in Dublin CA exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast buffet was lovely, also exceeded expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a surprisingly pleasant night stay. Thank you!!!
