The Redwood Riverwalk, a boutique hotel

Friendly, polite, helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay there They have a continental breakfast but did not partake. I would return to this hotel if I stayed in the area again

Frame of bed went out farther on the sides of the bed than mattress. Could not get refrigerator to get colder at all. Breakfast is very minimal.

Where so I start: Paper thin walls, noise echoing rooms due to tile floor, TV did not function as channel / entertainment box was not functioning, mattresses are very saggy and probably 20 years old, advertised key feature of this motel is an indoor pool which was not working and closed, shower curtain rod held up by clear tape on each side... NOT impressed. Their free breakfast was boxes of cereal, packaged muffins and that's about it. Very lame. For the money, this place is poor value for what you receive for accommodation. Not recommended!

If Pool and/or hot tub are OUT OF ORDER Hotels.com needs to MAKE THAT CLEAR. I booked this motel only for the pool and hot tub which were out of order

The ratings on Expedia were misleading. They stated that this location had a 7.6 rating, when online, I found out later that they had a 3 rating. The pool was closed, when on Expedia, it stated that it was open. The reason they gave me was because they didn't WANT to have it inspected. The pool was the main reason I booked a room here. The bathtub had small hairs and the tub faucet would not stop dripping all night! Also, there was urine stains along the outside of the toilet bowl and stains in the tub as well. The television did not work, luckily, I had brought a projector to entertain my kids with. There was also a lot of activity outside of my room in the early morning, including a woman in heels walking back and forth down the hallway. Will never stay here again!

I loved the rooms. Staff is out of this world. Recommend.

A long walk up stairs to my room, with baggage. Not a huge selection for breakfast.
