Overall it was extremely inconvenient and unpleasant stay

1. No signage on road for main gate, or the way inside 2. No lift, steep staircase very difficult with luggage 3. How to open locks sent later 4. No facility to keep luggage, very cold approach 5. I never got the idea from photos and website that it is not a hotel 6. Support and help does not work beyond office hours, felt helpless 7. No clarity was given that cleaning and towel change wont happen 8. No cctv or security features 9. Overall it was extremely inconvenient and unpleasant stay

I had a wonderful experience communicating with Ines. She was fantastic—always quick to respond, clear, and very helpful. She made the entire process convenient and guided us at every step, ensuring everything went smoothly. Her professionalism and efficiency made a potentially stressful experience much easier. I really appreciate all her support!

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and fell far below basic expectations. The description of the property was misleading and did not accurately represent the reality. Despite being informed that the area was noisy, there were no earplugs provided, making it difficult to rest. The room itself had several major issues: there were cockroaches in the washroom, the bed sheets were not clean, and the beds were uncomfortable. Additionally, there was barely any space to open our luggage, which made the room feel cramped and inconvenient. To make matters worse, there was no full-size mirror, which is a minimal expectation for any stay. Overall, this experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this property.

What a wonderful stay with kind, attentive hosts! Spacious, comfy room with great amenities, and a location right in the thick of the action. Awesome shared kitchen facilities and a lovely, sunny lounge room that looks out over the umbrella street for hanging out and resting up during the day. Will return!

Halloween night, the jams were blasting in the club downstairs until 3:30am, so bring earplugs if you're a light .. or even a "medium" sleeper. But otherwise, an exceptional stay!

Super locatie en toch stil genoeg om goed uitgerust de nacht door te brengen.

De geur in het trappenhuis…. Je ruikt daar echt het afval. Lastig te tackelen snap ik, maar dat vond ik persoonlijk het enige nadeel

Lage zum Bahnhof

Der Eingangsbereich ist nicht einladend. Nach der Eingangstüre stehen die (stinkenden) Mülltonnen im Treppenhaus. Die Türe ist nachts nicht immer versperrt. Die Einfach gehaltenen Wohnungen sind im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug. Sie sind soweit okay. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Die Lage ist gut für alle, die nachts gerne das Nightlife haben. Die Gegend ist eher laut.

Muito bem localizado. Um ótimo custo benefício para quem deseja se hospedar numa zona turística cheia de atrações. Os anfitriões são gentis e atenciosos.
