Quality Inn & Suites Lathrop - South Stockton

The good thing was the travel distance between my destinations to and from each location. The concierge I believe her name was Patricia was very nice and accommodating. the room looked like it was under remodeling. And the view was 3 Conic containers out back

The property was close to the job site.

Check in was efficient, room was comfortable. Hot tub outside still not working properly and pool deck was not clean and no pool towels out

People walking around at all hours of the night. Right next to a marijuana dispensary and trash and broken bottle all the parking lot

The hotel had a lot of cosmetic issues. There were a lot of long term people there.

The property was unable to accommodate me because they did not have a ground floor room and there was no elevator which your site stated there was. The Quality Inn canceled the reservation.

I really enjoyed the pool with the hot weather and was happy with the small breakfast that was provided

The tv didn't work staff didn't care I didn't like it at all

Being renovated. Decent room. Tv didn’t work even after front desk tried to fix it. Pool was nice. Breakfast had limited options. Close to eateries.

The only thing positive i have to say is that the front desk was very helpful with changing my check in date. Other than that, the experience was not so pleasant. My room was next to a vacant room that was getting renovated. workers were there at 5am banging on walls and making a bunch of noise as they worked. Above my room was the same thing, getting rest was very difficult. The view outside my window was a container used for storing the workers tools and things like that.
