Quality Inn & Suites Lathrop - South Stockton

Picture shows a bedroom with a closed door from the living room they didn’t have any of those for me and also my kid couldn’t be on the tv because it was so old n didn’t have the right connections on it and the ac/heater was horrible had a smell to it and either got too cold or too hot no matter what we put it on.

Extremely noisy as room faced freeway. Heavy traffic area period. Room had dated and torn furniture. Cheap 15 dollar shower head.

We booked a king w a soda, we got a 2 double bed with one chair. Too tired, and far away from lobby to complain. Very weak and only warm water in shower; TV was questionable, we were told to jiggle the cord. The carpet and bedding has been updated however the walls, molding and corners are seriously need attention.

The location of this property was convenient it has plenty of restaurants and fast food places you can choose from. Front desk was nice. However, the room was a HUGE disappointment. The sheets on the bed, both comforter and blankets had stains and holes on them! The picture frames on the walls and the lamps were crooked, I wish I was kidding, but I am not. The ceiling in the bathroom had numerous amounts of molds on them, which you can visibly see. I do not understand why management did not do something about it because this is a serious health hazard. This is the most nastiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. To think that we even paid money to stay here is just sad. It should’ve been called just “inn” because the quality was just not there. Very disappointing, will not be coming back to this location or perhaps any quality inn.

Overall our stay was pretty good, unfortunately the breakfast was weak. The options were very poor so I walked over to Jack in the box and for some reason the dining room was closed and it was 7:30 am, so I had to go get my car and go thru the drive thru :(

Everything was clean

Was clean. Sheets smelled clean. Comfortable beds. Heard the traffic. Not a fancy place but it had everything we needed. No bfast but you get what you pay for Stayed one night. Good price. And that matters with the price of gas.

We booked a king size bed but were given a double bed. No problem.The room was switched and got a king. Awful smell. Obviously, somebody knew about it because the window was open trying to air the room. We switched back to the double bed room. The toilet was dirty with runs under the toilet seat and urine smell. We won’t stay here again. On a positive note, the front desk clerk, Jesus, was friendly and the breakfast area was surprisingly quiet.
