So clean and modern and comfortable. Warm floors, amazing shower, comfortanle chairs, rolling bed desk, sheets amd comforters were so soft and fluffy. Thank you.

TLDR: I always research a lot before booking a hotel, and this one stood out of all in the area and I decided to give it a try. I must admit that I wasn't wrong. This is the best hotel in the Bay area. Some info about me: - I came here from Croatia, Europe because of business - traveled with my husband - stayed for 5 nights in the hotel A couple of reasons that make this hotel the best: - They respond quickly to any requests and questions you have before your arrival - Great location, close to basically everything you are visiting - Free, and a lot of parking spaces, including electrical charging stations - The owner, his family and his staff are always friendly, kind and ready to help you in any situation. We are so glad we met the owner and his family, such lovely and warm people are nowadays hard to find! - Rooms are new, updated, and very clean! - Breakfast has a large variety of foods and the coffee is delicious (they don't have only filtered coffee, they have cappuccinos, espresso's, flavoured coffee, etc.), A large collection of tea's (usually my experience is that hotels offer only green tea, this one has all the flavours you can imagine) - Coffee and tea is available 24/7 - If you're here for business, the hotel offers shuttles to your office every morning in different times - Beds are huge and super comfy! - The rooms have everything you need and even more! (floor heating in the bathroom, hygiene products like makeup removal wipes, razors, cotton swaps, coffee, tea, ironing necessities, shoe horn (I am pregnant so this was super helpful), airpurrifier, large tv, comfy sofas, electric plugs that work for all types of plugs, large tv... etc - Design of rooms is modern and gives an autentic american vibe My personal highlight of the stay: When we got to our room, the reception called to make sure that it meets our expectations which I found very thoughtful. The next time we visit, we will definitely book this hotel again! P.S. We wish the owner and his family all the luck in the world and a great life!

This amazing hotel has thought of everything. The room has every amenity you can think of, then adds more that you haven’t. Comfy bed, ginormous TV, tons of places to power up, clothes steamer, amazing WIFI, rolling desk that goes over the desk, bicycles, umbrellas, bidets…and MORE. Staff is so helpful and friendly. This is a MUST BOOK NOW hotel.

I had accidentally booked the hotel by mistake and they gave me a 100% refund. I meant to book a different hotel much closer to where I would be with my now husband. They were very understanding. I was able to feel much better after. I am grateful for what they did for us.

Stayed here for a show at shoreline and was super easy, convenient and clean.

This is a great place to stay for business or personal vacation. Close to downtown MV. The rooms are equipped with the top amenities and the breakfast is bountiful. The staff is friendly, personable and makes you feel welcomed. I will refer my business colleagues and friends to this lovely hotel and stay here again.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. And I’ve traveled a lot. I’ve stayed in hotels in Tennessee, New York, Orlando, Miami, Ohio, Michigan, Orlando, Toronto, as well as in South Korea, Malaysia, other Asian countries, and Costa Rica in Latin America. The attention given by the staff here is incredible. Honestly, I’ve never been to a place where... First, it’s a family-run hotel, right? And that adds so much to the experience. Second, one of the standout things is the personalization. The rooms are amazing, with every amenity that makes you feel truly pampered and well taken care of. I can’t think of another hotel that has made me feel this level of care. The owner, his son, the whole family—they are always checking in to make sure you feel good. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend any other hotel over this one. There are big chains, luxury hotels and all that, but the attention you’ll find here, it’s unmatched. I am so grateful to the owner, Dilip Patel, for all the attention he gave me, and to his son as well. I’m just one person, but still, they made me feel so special. Congratulations to them for the incredible human touch they bring. If you compare this to other big chains, you’ll never find this level of treatment. These are people who genuinely make you feel good, right? Staying here, supporting them, you know they’re real, incredible human beings. Truly, I can’t recommend them enough.
