"I would not stay here or recommend it for their price. Hallways leading up to the room had stains also the elevator was"

Pool was nice with the spa.

Cleanliness on arrival there was still hair in the bathrooms in the corners like it was not wiped or vacuumed. I requested to have room service but they only do it every other day. On the day of room service they still did not wipe or vaccum the floor especially in the bathroom.

The staff us unprofessional and very rude. No ice machine works on any floor, ac is more like a fan set to lowest power level, housekeeping wise, found many hairs, used Soaps, stain on blanket... not worth the price. I would not recommend families to come here or spend money here.

The pool was nice, room comfortable

They charged my card more than they were supposed to on site even tho i prepayed my room as they had a new person in front who didn’t know what they were doing. I was out that money for a few days

I found this establishment clean polished and staffed with friendly resources. The rooms are very comfortable with view, although on the pricey side in a pinch might meet the needs of good nights sleep. The staff was accommodating, allowing bags to be stored until later period in the day where they were retrieved. I would use this Hotel again when necessary.

Great service, solid breakfast options, very comfortable room, and great location for my needs. The best was the business center. I used it a lot and it saved my bacon with several projects I was working on. The staff seemed helpful and very polite. Only issue the laundry services still take coins. It's hard to get coins and even cash sometimes these days. There's no ATM on the site, so I had to drive to Walmart to buy something and get cash back, then the hotel was able to give me quarters for cash.
