Convince off freeway & near restaurants/ fuel options.

Poorly maintained & inadequate noise-insulated walls between rooms; unengaged/non-concerned staff; extreme street/ freight truck overnight parking noise on NW rooms; not provided pool-side room option as booked & specifically requested upon arrival (although multiple room choices were available); and limited and low quality breakfast choices such as multiple fruit options, or hot/freshly prepared choices typical of Hilton Franchise. Simply, this is a ‘motel 6’ level stay, advertised and booked under Hilton name; a shameful disappointment !
