Best Western Plus Wine Country Inn & Suites

I really like this propery. The breakfast was the best spread ive had at a best western and ive stayed at quite a few. The only thing id mention is that the doors to the rooms dont close without a little but of effort. Also the keys demagmatize really quickly. An inconvenience, but nothing anyone can help.

The room was clean but hot. I am not sure if it was the type of cleaning supplies but very stuffy. The Air Conditioner shut off on a regular basis.

We had leftover pizza and it was properly sealed. There were ants all over the outside of the box the next morning. I travel a lot and never had this happen before.

Grateful for the elevator. Beds are very comfy. Rooms clean and everything working fine.

Quieter a/c units.

The room was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. The elevator was terrible. So hot like a sauna. I would stay again.

Hello today my family and I checked in to find black scum on the shower floor and a white stain on the brown box cover of the bed. My ironing board was broken and I called to replace it and the room smelled musty. Overall this has been a terrible experience and I have the pictures to validate my experience here. I called to speak to a manger but there was none on site and the front desk was unable to move my family and I to another room. I asked for a refund but since a manager was unavailable I was told by the front desk they were unable to refund me as well. While the box cover was getting replaced it looked like a huge blood stain on the box spring dripping down the side of it. I have pictures of everything to validate.

Street racing outside my door with loud music to the point where after two hours I had to call the SR police. Recommend rooms in the back AWAY from the street. Would stay again.

While rather run down, the rooms were clean. However it’s a smoking place and the people in the room next to me smoked weed constantly which came through the wall air conditioner. I could not turn it on and could not open the balcony window and the room baked with stale air. Very little security except for pool and breakfast area. Very pretty trees in inner courtyards. Very Lois surrounding streets.

There were aunts in our room. The room desperately needed new carpet. The bed sheets seemed clean so that was a plus. I wouldn't stay there again. I expected more for a Best Western.
