An easy 5 stars!!! This is actually my first ever TripAdvisor review. I never leave reviews on any site. I arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn in SF after a stressful journey during which everything seemed to go wrong. I was exhausted and not in a great mood. Erin , who works at the front desk -literally changed my mood around. When you check into a hotel at night you kind of just except people to just be transactional. Nothing wrong with that, they're just doing their job. But Erin was so nice and friendly. It changed my whole day around! Thank you Erin for epitomizing customer service. Next business trip I'll be looking out for a Hilton!
