Comfort Inn & Suites Sequoia/Kings Canyon

The hotel was ok, not excelent and not terrible . It needs updates . The vents in the room were very dirty and full of dust . The walk ways and side walks needed to be washed and scrubbed . You could tell that they were understaffed and in need of some better cleanning overall. The staff was helpfull at all times.

Nice location to be when visiting National Park

The room showed signs of age and lack of care. The shower curtain rod was hung in such a way you couldn’t close the curtain. The bathroom door lock was broken so that if you tried to use it you would be locked in. The sofa bed had no cushion to it. You felt like you were laying directly on the springs. The young lady who checked us in was cordial and helpful. The one who checked us out looked like she could barely be bothered. We have stayed her before and had a good experience. It feels like the hotel was bought by a corporation who is just looking for a tax write-off

Hotel was convenient to Sequoia (still a long drive because of the roads). Check in was a little rough but I think they were dealing with PITA customers so I won't hold that against the place. Room was clean. There is a store and pizza place down the road.

Excellent place to stay to enjoy the park.

Ok, no cigarette cans outside, lack of staff for breakfast clean up, property needs maintenance, note no elevator for 2nd or 3rd floor guests, a lot of cameras in place.

The front desk woman was very rude when we checked in. The housecleaning staff stole our medication. The place was run down and dirty in the foyers.

Location was good for Sequoia park visit. Would have asked for first floor if knew there was no elevator. Ants in room when woke up morning of check out. Room window fully cracked.
