JW Marriott Quito

My two week stay was an absolute pleasure! The full J.W. experience. I don't know if I was given an upgraded room [Lifetime Titanium] but it was large with a great view. Everything from TV to safe to fridge was in perfect working order. The bathroom with marble and tile was very elegant. The Bonvoy Lounge was excellent and the catering staff very accommodating. For me the location was ideal. I walked a lot in the neighboring area and felt very safe. If I return to Quito I'll look no further!

un chico que estaba en la recepción del restaurante de planta baja, cuando fuimos a preguntar si había cena a las 6pm, su forma de responder fue poco amigable y cero hospitalaria, mala actitud. Lo mismo un portero, cuando entrabamos a pie al hotel, se puso enfrente de la puerta preguntando de forma brusca en que la puedo ayudar, como cerrándome el paso, muy desagradable su actitud

Breakfast- very good We liked th choice of buffet or a la carte. The cafe over by the shops was also very good , however seems to us,underutilized. Way not promote this at check in? I only knew about this location as I walked around and initially thought it was a business /conference location.

​My brother and I just concluded a stay at the JW Marriott Quito, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. ​Our journey had us arriving at the hotel at 2:00 AM last Thursday, an hour when you might expect service to be strained. Instead, we were greeted with the most exceptional professionalism and warmth. This incredible first impression set the standard for our entire visit, and that high level of service never wavered, continuing right through our departure today, Sunday, at 11:00 AM. ​Every single staff member we encountered was wonderful, from the housekeeping team to the entire front desk staff, who were always efficient and courteous. ​However, I must give a special and heartfelt thank you to the members of the Club Lounge team who truly went above and beyond. Sandy Arias, Henry Sarsoza, and Jonathan provided the most attentive and genuine service for my brother and me during breakfast each morning. Noe and Franklin were also incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Their collective kindness and commitment to ensuring we had a perfect start to our day were remarkable and deeply appreciated. ​Thank you to the entire team for a truly five-star stay. We will most certainly be returning.
