Posizione ottima appartamento nuovo ben curato con tutti i confort

In 5 notti che siamo rimasti ci sarebbe stato bene un cambio di asciugamani

Dzīvoklis atrodas pāris simtu metru attālumā no pilsētas centra,zivju tirgus , restorāniem. Maksas autostāvvieta vien simts metru attālumā. Līdz smilšainai pludmalei ar auto 10min. Pats dzīvoklis komfortabls ar senatnes noskaņu. Izolācija ļoti laba. Abās guļamistabās ir vannasistabas. Saimnieks ļoti jauks cilvēks. Braukšu vēl.

The location is great, just next to the historical center and the fish market. Nice that we could park (for a modest extra fee), in a private and locked parking lot.

One room was located at the front of the house and was impossible to sleep without earplugs as the windows don't block the noise from the street (and especially the bar across the street). The Living room is nice, but missing day-light.

This apartment is so beautiful (prettier than the pictures). It was so spacious for 3 of us and having the store across the street was a huge bonus. It is in a great location close to the city center of Catania with public parking nearby.

The washing machine is SOOOOOOO LOUD! We were very thankful to have it but be mindful to run it during the day or you will not be able to sleep because of it haha

We liked * The proximity to the central area * The communication by the landlord * The large rooms of the apartment * That both bedrooms had ensuites * That it had a balcony and the bar / cafe downstairs was close as was the supermarket * The tourist information provided * The well appointed kitchen * The curios that made the Apartment feel homely

We didn’t like * The smell from the drains that gradually got worse over the 5 days ( we note others called the landlord we decided to just shut the bathroom doors and open the windows ) * The inability to use the lift or receive help with luggage upstairs * The early morning noise from the market vendor only applicable to the front bedroom So you can see much more to like than dislike but we would prefer to give a full and honest review to help other travellers decide

Apartment was in a good location. Very well equipped with plenty of room and 2 good sized bedrooms. Esther was very incredibly helpful and gave us lots of good advice about where to eat.

Fantastic location, lovely set up, the person that met us ( Mrs Ester) was very friendly, informative and helpful. Apartment spotless and everything you could possibly need was provided.

The bedroom on the street side was very noisy ( completely not the properties fault) but being so close to the fish market and therefore traffic was noisy. Take ear plugs of a light sleeper.
