Hilton Garden Inn Denver South Park Meadows Area

It was very nice just found the toilet too low and Kuerig coffee machine didn’t work was disappointed, it other than that is was good

Bed and room were comfortable and clean.

The elevator is slow. The stairwell is 95 degrees while it’s 40 degrees outside. The breakfast food service was poor.

The room was nice

I accidentally left my credit card in the hotel room. Staff stole my credit card then charged it up around town. Dishonest staff!

Cold ac

It was clean but run down. Carpets r old and look dirty. This was my second stay in Colorado visiting my daughter with other family members also staying at different hotels. And not one except this one required a deposit. When I asked why I said this was the first hotel in years that’s asked for one I was told that the other hotels should be doing because he had 10yrs experience in hotels and that’s just the way it was. Then with a condescending tone that he would call them and ask why himself. The fact that breakfast wasn’t included is just ridiculous and definitely not with the 16$ I was charged for it. I also chose this specific one because it had a restaurant and bar but on Friday and Saturday they didn’t have any staff. We were told that yea it’s closed the bartender took a couple of days off. So they just had one person they couldn’t call in a temp.
