Great value. The suites are really nicely set up.

Great hotel. Hotel is easy to get to. Has a hot breakfast. (Breakfast room is small so watch for busy times). Indoor pool and hot tub. Both were clean. Room was clean. Staff great.

Outside parking lot needs a little attention

I stayed at this property years ago. It is run by different people now and they are not locals. The front desk personnel was a young Indian (from India) woman and is seriously lacking in customer service skills. There is no onsite management personnel of this hotel, the managers and operators do not live in Gunnison. The outside of the property was dirty and the overall appearance of this property is tired and run down. The room interiors were not much better. They looked the same as when I stated there many years ago. Also there was a discrepancy in what I thought I was paying and what I was charged for my one night stay. I ended up paying almost $200 for one night. This property was NOT the price I was charged.

Outside walkway to room needed to be swept. There were cigarette butts laying outside our room

This property is convenient and the staff was pleasant, however it could be cleaner. The bath tub had dirt coming out of the jets and there were areas in the room that you can tell haven’t been cleaned in a while.
