Location. Beautiful interiors and very courteous staff

Food - it felt that the catering quality had fallen. Most food including hot beverages like tea and coffee are served cold or lukewarm. For salad it’s ok. Not for Indian food, soups etc. it makes for an unappetising meal.

It was a fantastic evening with mouth watering cuisine. The staff namely Sumit & Chandrashekhar were extremely courteous and we absolutely felt at home. Would like to come again and refer to the friends.

This time, Delhi was a pit stop between Hyderabad and Amritsar. Having stayed at this property before and enjoyed the experience, choosing it again was an easy decision. The hotel's convenient location and our previous positive stay were the primary reasons for booking it once more. Unlike my last visit, the check-in experience this time was truly exceptional. As soon as I entered the property, I was warmly greeted by a gentleman named Mr. Aryan Saxena, who escorted me to the basement waiting lounge as there was a long queue at the check-in counter. While waiting, my niece and I had a wonderful time playing chess and enjoying the refreshments. A little later, he personally came over and handed us our room keys. While there were several other guests waiting, he made us feel genuinely special. It seemed as though he had personally ensured that our room was prioritized, and the level of attention and care was evident. My family was pleasantly surprised and highly impressed by the hospitality demonstrated by Mr. Aryan Saxena. I don't need to say much about the other services at the hotel—they have always been excellent. However, it is these small gestures that make a significant difference and reinforce why I choose Taj whenever I travel instead of other hotel brands. The check-out experience was equally impressive. The same gentleman ensured that the entire process was seamless. I didn't even have to visit the billing desk. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator, he was there, ready to assist and ensure a smooth departure. While this may not have been something he was required to do, he went above and beyond to create a truly memorable and "wow" experience. I would also like to recognize Mr. Yoel, who ensured that my luggage was promptly delivered to my room from the cloakroom, where I had stored a few bags during my stay. During checkout, Mr. Yoel, Mr. Dasharath, and Mr. Randhawa were extremely helpful in assisting with my luggage and ensuring it was loaded into the cab for the airport efficiently and effortlessly. These are the kinds of thoughtful touches that you rarely encounter at other hotel brands. They are what make Taj stand apart and continue to earn my loyalty every time I travel. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I look forward to returning soon.

We had upgraded to club facilities - the F & B offered at the Club Lounge needs to be better - it surely was not TAJ standard!
