Great staff clean pool nice breakfast

The room is quiet and the bed is comfortable which I appreciate and very convenient to the highway

The room smelled disgusting. Dirty, no maintenance.

Just a very pleasant well maintained clean hotel with good friendly ambience where everything worked flawlessly from check-in to check-out and all the complimentary room supplies were adequate not only in the room but well stocked in front entrance in breakfast restaurant area. Comfortable beds.

The outside of the hotel looks very grungy and dirty. Neighborhood seemed extremely unsafe. Front desk service was very dry. Not very hospitable or welcoming, but not rude either. Just did the absolute bare minimum, and very monotone. The rooms; Walked in and the ac was in heat mode. It was a typical FL summer day so 94/96 degrees all day. So the room took about 6 hours for the room to cool. Then to top it off I woke up to use the restroom at 2am and found a roach crawling out from under the baseboard and another on the desk in the room. I know it’s not a 4/5 star hotel, but does that mean we’re expected to sacrifice basic communication, hygiene or cleanliness?

The beds are very comfortable.

The bedding and bathroom were all nice and clean. Rooms are nice and spacious my only complaint is there were a couple stains on the carpet. We were only staying for one night so we really only cared about the beds, we needed to sleep on our road trip.

Thin walls, could hear the people in next room.

I was a little apprehensive booking this hotel after reading some of the negative reviews. Was very pleasantly surprised . Room was clean, fairly modern and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was another plus, they had waffles you could make, eggs filled with cheese, sausage, muffins and yogurt. Shower was nice and hot too. Only down side would be there is very little if any insulation between rooms so you could hear your neighbors. Luckily they weren’t loud. Would recommend this hotel if you’re passing through.

Plumbing issues with toilet, and this hotel tried to keep my money. They couldn’t fix the toilet, didn’t have another 1st floor suite room which I booked 4 months ago and then gave me the story I had to pay for the room because it was now used (we inspected it in first 5 minutes before moving our luggage in and flushed the toilet and ran the shower to test). I said I was calling the Sheriff and the couple in line behind me left without checking in. I was refunded but not without attitude and push back from a less than positive attitude. I’m calling corporate management team on Monday to file a complaint. This property is Not a good option unfortunately.
