The staff very pleasant and nice.

Well you asked 🙄 the first night was nice until I saw a roach on the curtains and try to kill it without my wife noticing it and when I saw a second one she did noticed it and that was it up all night until the morning where we went to the front and got the room changed then the 2nd room nice but next to the kitchen which at 5am they start to make breakfast and you can guest how that went,besides that it was nice

Carpets could have been a little cleaner. Especially the stairways. But the staff was superior. So nice and sweet.

Location was good.

The room was not clean. In the bathroom, I noticed small bugs crawling on the counter. When I kept seeing more and more I eventually discovered that the bugs were crawling out of the sink drain, as it had not been cleaned well. I was extremely grossed out. Also, the curtains in the room did not close at all.

Very comfortable. Staff was very friendly pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, room was comfortable. Pool was great.

Housekeeping available only upon request. Did not know this until day 2 of the stay. Should be automatic every day.
