Very good location.

Rooms were tired. The towels were terrible as was the shower. Breakfast was horrible.

Pool, location, beds

Water pressure horrible, loud HVAC unit, one outside elevator that was unsecure, hot tub not working, only continental breakfast. Doesn't seem up to the Hilton/Hampton standards and for the cost, relative to other "name brand hotels", it wasn't worth it.

the pool was very nice. Parking was easy, walking distance to restaurants.

There used to be a breakfast when this was a Best western. There is a continental breakfast now. No microwave the A/C makes so much noise in the room.

Poor quality pillows, breakfast was just cereal and bagels

Staff was great and final room was adequate. Continental breakfast was fine.

The first3 rooms I tried all smelled of cleaning supplies - like a dirty rug smell. Not liveable. When I came back later in the day the gentleman put us in a handicapped room on the first floor, since my wife was coming from the hospital having had an operation, and the room was clean and no odor. However, I noticed there was no refrigerator, no coffee maker in any of the rooms - a surprise to me for Hilton Hotels.

I liked the location, which was very convenient. I liked that it offered free parking.

Noise easily travels to the room from outside, you can even hear the aircons from other hotel rooms. Also, for some reason, I felt a bit unsafe, but I always do when a room's entrance leads directly outside.
