Croix Grand Hotel

Expedia better check their hotel recommendations out!! This place is a disaster. WE asked for a HANDICAPPED ACSESSABILE room. What this hotel has is not close to what handicapped people need. I want our money back on this reservation.

This is the third time I have stayed at this motel over the past 10 years...each time under a different management...alot of folks use this motel as a place to stay while working in the area, there is always several folks that are there that seem to be just hanging out, and also several folks there that are seem to be just partying all day and un-employed and this is a stopover spot for them...for some rhyme or reason my room always ends up next door to these folks.... The rooms haven't changed much over this time but maybe a little paint here and there, some new caulk around the tub, tv reception/channels was awful, one room key card works the other one does not, however Wi-Fi was good...face it this motel at one time during its existence was top notch, but it fell into needed repairs and upgrades...and still needs some attention by the right owner who is willing to spend the right money and fix it back to original operating condition.

The Bed was very uncomfortable the pillows are to hard and high. To much people live there and to lauded. So was horrible the experience tv doesn’t work to much rust and cabinets looks terrible. For sure never come back there.

Outdated. Musty. Low lighting.

booked a double said all had left was a single.. water puddle in the floor of the lobby.. was eating breakfast and just came out and took up everything without asking if I would like any more drink at 859 am lol

I didn’t like anything about this hotel, dirty, beds were super hard and uncomfortable, pillows even worse. Bus loads of migrants pulling in at night, could smell cigarette smoke and marijuana seeping into the room, either from outside or attached rooms around us. I don’t know how this hotel had a high rating, a 3 at best. How do they stay in business, I would have checked out if I could have.

Good value for the money. We did not pay a lot to stay here. The floors in our room were very dirty and we couldn't take our shoes off because of it. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was okay for that sort of food. No complaints. Took a look at the pool and it looks pretty dirty. I'm guessing not a lot of people using the pool this time of the year. A lot of the place is dated in It's Beginning to show. But you can't have it both ways. You can't expect having affordable price and have everything brand new either. Front desk people were very nice and the housekeeper I interacted with was helpful. I would stay here again.

The property just wasn't taken care of for lots of years, I think. Looks like they are working on it now but needs lots of little things fixed. It was clean and bed slept good, if you are just passing through for night. Most of the hotels in this area are very expensive for some reason and this one was normal fair price.

Lots of Workers stay here and have there equipment on site. Basically a Budget Hotel with an outdoor pool.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, but the grounds could have been kept better. Staff was very friendly.
