Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was wonderful for a free continental.

Didn't like that yall charge for parking even tho a room is reserved. I understand paying for more than 1 vehicle if you have it but one car per night should be included with the room. I mean where else do you want your paying customers to park?

Really friendly, helpful , polite and professional staff. They really seemed to care. Maxwell gave us a great Welcome and has clearly put a great team together. Alain’s and Alan were incredibly helpful answering all my many buried questions with a keen interest When we had an issue with noise from across the corridor, Alayna moved us to a really quiet room without hesitation

Noise from the room opposite us late in the evening,but as mentioned about it was dealt with very quickly by the hotel.
