Holiday Inn Express Atlanta-Stone Mountain by IHG

We had a pleasant short term stay at this property. Clicked all the boxes for us. The front desk staff was very friendly and the property and room was clean and efficient. Just what we were looking for. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay hear again.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent. The staff need to work on their personality.

friendlier staff. We arrived about 15 minutes early fo check in time and had to wait while several more people came in after we did and checked right in. We waited till five minutes after check-in time and she had to check again to see if our room was ready. Finally got the ok to check=in. The clerk was not hospitable at all in my opinion.

Staff helpful, breakfast was good and replenished. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable 😌

The atmosphere seem to have a lowe class feeling, such as people ( not staff) cursing and walking around with pj's on. It felt like people live there.

I like the breakfast options.

The cleaning and receptionist staff were amazing!

Very good place to stay if you’re visiting Stone Mountain Park or Netherworld Haunted House.

I had requested a first floor room, but I was given a third floor room in the elevator was out so my guess, and I had to carry all of our things to the third floor after a long day of walking. When we arrived at our room, it was nearly 80°, we went out for more touring and walking in the heat, and when we returned to the room a few hours later, the air conditioner was off again, and it was back to nearly 80°, also the vent fan in the bathroom did not work however they sent someone in his last hour on duty, but we didn’t have time to let him fix it due to us getting dressed to go out
