No one at desk most of the time. No instructions given about maid service and we had to go down and try to find someone for fresh towels and cups etc. one gal was very helpful but the rest of the staff was nearly invisible. We had a very nice room and rates were good but service was lacking.

Staff went over and above, even let us check in early to get ready for the wedding.Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and we slept well after a long day.I highly recommend this hotel and will be back for tulip festival

Taking a shower really sucked, no matter how long you let the water run on straight hot it barely even got warm. So I don't have much good to say about the place
