"Déçu de ma première nuit aux usa"

Lit confortable. Bon petit déjeuner

l’hôtel a prélevé sans m’ en informer une somme de 232 dollards au lieu des 129 pour la nuit. Je m en suis aperçu le soir même en vérifiant mon relevé de compte. Le réceptionniste m a dans un premier temps dit que c était un soucis de conversion euros dollards .. ? puis que c était une caution : ok, le montant pourrait correspondre à une caution d environ 100 euros. Mais après de nombreux échanges de messages depuis 3 jours, il refuse toujours de me rembourser la différence en m avançant des arguments fallacieux. (Entre temps l hôtel m avait à nouveau débiter 100 dollards ! mais qu il a ensuite remboursé) Je viens d ouvrir un litige via booking. Je voyage fréquemment via booking C est la première fois que je rencontre un soucis.

Rooms were clean and location is good.

Free Breakfast needs a little bit more selection to choose from, but other than that it an overall nice stay.

"Not happy with our stay."

The towels were just thrown up on the bathroom countertop. The maid came walking into our room an hour before we needed to check out. We were getting showered and dressed. Went to get breakfast and there was a very limited selection. The only hot food was biscuits and gravy which had no flavor.
