It seemed like it was newly remodeled

I requested a top floor away from elevator. That didnt happen and the hotel wasn't busy at all . My comforter had stains on it and I asked for a new 1 the manager said they didnt have another 1 so I had to sleep for 2 days without 1 . Asked for replacement towels and rags and I received face towels with brown stains and hand towels with hair all over it . I am usually real picky on where I stay and I know why now after staying at this hotel .
