It was close to everything we had planned.

The breakfast was really not that good. It was really limited. Only had waffles and cereal and sweet roles. Use to having eggs and some type of meat. Kind of disappointed .

"Probably won’t stay hete again."

Room was comfortable and clean.

Confusing layout and was extremely hard to find the outside door leading to where our room was. The desk clerk did not give very clear instructions. Plowing and snow removal from the previous day’s snowstorm was non-existent. Bad enough the parking lot wasn’t plowed but the walkways weren’t cleared either. Very poor maintenance.

"It was not a good stay."

The property had a pipe burst and there was no hot water for our last night. They kept us stalling throughout the afternoon and did not fix the issue. The heat in our room also stopped working when the pipe burst. It took hours to fix. To the point I booked another hotel for our final night in St. Charles. And didn’t spend my final night at this property. Management did little to ease concerns or keep us updated on situation as we had to continuously reach out. Bad service.
