Breakfast at the location was lacking, but the pancake house in the same parking lot was awesome

He did that there was only showers and not an actual bathtub. Also, there is no place to put your toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. Other than on the floor.

The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. If you are attending a RTC graduation, the hotel location is perfect, it is close to the base and variety of shops and restaurants.

The restroom, particularly the toilet bowl was blocked from the second day and the rest of our stay. Called the reception a few times but the issue barely resolved.

Convenient location relative to Naval Station Great Lakes. Hotel is used to hosting Sailors and their families. They offered a discount rate to and from the graduation with a local taxi service that we did not know about before we arrived, but turned out to be a great deal. We got in and out of the graduation with no trouble at all. Taxi driver just zipped right past long lines of cars!

Highway noise right outside the hotel was frustrating when trying to sleep. Turning the room fan to “on” mode helped create a little white noise to block that out. Advertised “breakfast” was disappointing. Yogurt, muffins, juice, and coffee. Not the standard we are used to for most restaurants that offer breakfast. I paid more than the value the room was probably worth, but I had to rebook on short notice since my sailor’s graduation date got moved. Probably still the best deal of options available nearby.
